RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

• We charge a Rs. 100 shipping charge within Maharashtra and charges vary for orders outside Maharashtra and are updated  after the order is placed.

• Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be dispatched. 

• Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

• We follow a transparent, no questions asked returns policy for all full-price products bought of the online store (you can return unused products you have ordered within 7 business days of the date of receipt. Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

• Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will either send us a mail.

• If the products have been dispatched, then we would not be able to cancel the order. However, based on Refund policy, returns would be considered.
