Nostalgia is a powerful thing, especially in food. It makes us want to eat what we ate growing up, and it even makes us want to eat things that merely remind us of growing up. This might explain why we created our Tangy Orange oatmeal cookies. These cookies are a good balance, though. A little bit grown-up, a little bit nostalgic. They’re like the orange biscuits we loved as a kid, but in place of sugary orange cream, it’s freshly squeezed orange juice with fresh zest in the dough.
